 Frequently asked questions: 

  • All footwear is displayed in US sizing unless specified. 
  • Prices are displayed in Australian dollars.  
  • Sale for Consignment products are final and non-refundable or exchangeable.
  • We do not provide lay-by or hold service - although we do offer AfterPay for all online purchases only.
  • For all online purchases, the cost of your return will be reimbursed to you if you checkout with PayPal. For more information, please see https://www.paypal.com/au/webapps/mpp/returns 

Faulty goods or Incorrectly described items:

  • Defective items (Exclude Consignment item/s) must be returned to us within a reasonable amount of time along with proof of purchase.
  • The product will then be sent for inspection before an exchange, credit or refund is offered. (Please allow 7-10 business days for this process).
  • Incorrectly described items/goods will be repaired, replaced or refunded according to the statutory rights of the customer.
